1.1.2. Vendor 2

Vendor 2 was happy to test with some new server/clients. We did the basic client to client iCalendar testing. We do see some issues with different clients. It is good we’ve discussed with each product vendor and we’ve understood all the root causes of the issues.

General issues:

  1. Sequence number: Different design on sequence number in Cancellation or update caused the update or cancellation not recognized well.

  2. Cancellations are not recognized by different clients due to varied reasons

  3. RDATE issue. Vendor 2 doesn’t support RDATE.
